Ancy has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Centre for Global Leadership Development, Bangalore (Global School of Counselling, affiliated to Martin Luther University, India) with the academic excellence award and Bachelor degree of Pharmacy from K.L.E. College of Pharmacy, Bangalore (affiliated to Bangalore University, India).
After completing her Master’s degree, Ancy provided individual, couple, and family sessions for emotional and relational challenges at the Global School of Counselling and Carmel Clinic in Bangalore, India.
She also conducted workshops and seminars for thousands of high school and college students, as well as teachers, across multiple cities in India. Through these programs, she equipped participants with emotional resilience, relational wisdom, and personal growth skills, empowering them to thrive in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
Ancy co‑founded Glorious Living Ministries in Kochi, India, conducted camps, retreats, campus tours, and training sessions for teens and youth—investing deeply in the next generation and equipping them for a life of purpose and faith.
She served a year as field staff with the Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship, a non‑profit Christian youth organization in Chennai, India. In this role, she addressed thousands of school and college students, strengthened campus fellowships, conducted youth retreats, conferences and encouraged young people in their walk with God.
Ancy served under the pastoral leadership of her parents in their local church in India, faithfully supporting the ministry and growing in her calling for two years after completing her undergraduate degree.
